Who am I and what do I do?

After completing the exit from my 12-year run as President and COO of our hockey stick growth company, I have joined the ownership group of Breakroom Choices, one of the largest independently owned convenience services company.  Despite COVID, we have more than doubled our revenues in the last two years and are positioned to do it again in 2023.  Using BRC as a foundation, we have launched Breaktime University, making break time learning time.  Additionally, I have been an investor, advisor and board member for a wide range of businesses the last several years, many of which have seen incredible growth.  Contact me today to learn more how I can help you and some of my other success stories.    

Three Square Market / TurnKey Corrections.  Over a 12 year span in partnership with a tremendous team, I lead our organizations to become a national and international leader in their respective industries.  Sustained hockey stick growth made this company a global leader that deployed the strategies here and more.  Prior to this, I was a successful entrepreneur in the real estate industry plus was a Division President for a Fortune 50 company.  

As a leader I touched every aspect of our companies.  I zeroed in on breaking down our business in to these areas:

By establishing principles around each of these areas for every department, every team member knew their role, what they were responsible for and when it needed to be done to complete their role in our mission.  

So you may ask "Patrick, what's the deal with the photos with Katie Couric, Mike Tobin and other big time media folks?"  And second, you may also ask "why that montage photos in black and white on the cover page?"  They  highlight my biggest success and failure as a leader and possibly the biggest lesson I can teach you.  

One of my favorite PJM'ers (my acronym for one-liner) is "At some point you need to stop learning lessons and start executing".  As a leader in any department, company or just your own life, you should always be learning.  Yet, if you don't apply the lessons consistently, you will lose at whatever you're doing.
